The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has banned Dasun Shanaka for one year from the Pakistan Super League (PSL) over contractual violations.
Shanaka had been picked by Lahore Qalandars for Rs7.5 million in the accelerated round of the player draft held in February.
However, just three days before the start of PSL 11, he withdrew citing personal reasons, and the team later replaced him with Daniel Sams.
